All students who are formally registered with Swiss International University (SIU) in the Kyrgyz Republic are subject to the applicable laws, regulations, and academic policies of the Kyrgyz Republic, including those issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Students enrolled through joint, dual, or collaborative academic programs offered outside the Kyrgyz Republic are governed by the academic rules, regulations, and legal frameworks of the respective partner institutions, which operate in accordance with the laws and higher education standards of their respective countries.
Each academic program or cooperation agreement explicitly defines the applicable legal, regulatory, and academic framework in order to ensure transparency, quality assurance, and compliance with the requirements of the relevant national education authorities.
